"Before I say anything else I would like to say that this place is wonderful. I damaged my glasses and my identical spare pair were also damaged so I found myself without any decent glasses to wear. I called-in to Sask Optics in Peterborough on the off-chance they could be repaired and was greeted by lovely Lucie. She immediately put me at ease and made me a delicious coffee with chocolates. Whilst I enjoyed my coffee Lucie made me one good pair of glasses out of two and one wearable spare pair. When I tried to pay she told me there was no charge.

Realising it was time for an eye test and new glasses I asked if they could supply Zeiss lenses as I know they work well for me with my complex prescription and was told they could. Other large chain opticians I have tried have been unable to do this. I have now had my eye test, am in receipt of my perfect new glasses and have ordered a spare pair of photochromics and a pair of reading glasses.

The personal service here is fantastic and Lucie has spent a lot of time ensuring my eyewear needs have been met in a friendly and efficient manner. I would also like to mention the other staff members Inessa and Michelle and optician Sufia. All have been a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend visiting Sask, as I will be doing in future."
